The EmailClick portal is providing this privacy policy to demonstrate its firm commitment to respecting privacy. It is not necessary to register on the portal to use the search engine Service. In order to use the webmail Service and all connected services, the User must fill in a registration form specifying his/her username, password, age and home address as well as his/her acceptance of the TOU.
User IP address

We may use "action tags", also known as "single-pixel gif", in order to better understand your visit to our website. In this section, the registered User can cancel his subscription (opt-out) and/or subscribe to email services offered by EmailClick including, but not limited to, promotional services and EmailClick newsletters. The footer of every email sent by EmailClick to a registered User contains a link to cancel the subscription (opt-out) and/or change email reception settings. The cancellation link does not have an expiry date for as long as the User remains registered on the site.Cookies
As with the majority of websites, EmailClick uses cookies to be able to keep track of the User's activity on the website itself. Our Company also provides cookies that allow the User to save time for as long as he/she remains on the website, such as being able to save his/her password and, if chosen, other personal information.How we use your personal information

A registered or registering User who confirms his/her consent to receive such offers, declares that he/she accepts the offer proposed and at the same time authorises EmailClick and/or BeWebCom to provide sponsors/partners the information that the sponsors/partners have asked for. However, our Company is obliged to provide all User information following a court order that asks for all relative information to be divulged. In addition to information requested by a court, the only people authorised to view User data are employees and/or authorised co-workers from EmailClick and/or BeWebCom and/or Companies nominated by BeWebCom, who will only be working to guarantee the Service.Abuse of Terms of Use
Should the User infringe the guidelines laid out in our Company's Terms of Use, our Company has the right to share the User's personal information with its lawyers and legal officials.Transferral of our Company's Activities
